Aylesbury is a 50 acre flat to undulating race horse spelling, agistment & pre training property near Beaudesert.  It is located 50 minutes from the Gold Coast Turf Club & an hour to Eagle Farm and Doomben.

The property consists of well pastured 70 x 30 metre post & rail spelling paddocks & also larger paddocks for agisters, all with shelters & accessed via laneways.

Aylesbury's owners Grant & Lynne Watters along with a small team of staff have a lifetime of experience in handling, preparing and training thoroughbreds.

Aylesbury's Services Include:

• Race horse spelling, agistment & pre training. Most special needs can be accommodated.
• Weanling & yearling agistment.  Full services include handling of all young horses, introduction to floating, breaking in & sales preparation.
• Broodmare & foal agistment.  Full services include foaling down & mare management for servicing & weaning.
• Farrier & veterinarian on hand.

There is also a 6 horse stable complex with adjacent day yards with shade trees & shelters.
