Unencumbered A Debut Winner At Magic Millions Yearling Sales!Written on the 30 January 2017
Unencumbered who is a 5 time winner from 10 starts and has earned a handsome $1,908,850.00 in prizemoney as a juvenile, has been earmarked as a successful, tough and diligent sire with a career including a win at the $2 Million Magic Millions 2YO Classic in 2014, Gr.3 B J McLachlan, Listed Magic Million 2yo and 2nd Gr.2 Todman. And we've certainly got our eye on his progeny. Unencumbered made a pleasing debut at the 2017 Magic Millions Yearling Sales where his offspring sold for up to $120,000. Unencumbered had seven yearlings averaging $90,714 with the best result being a filly from Yeahdad that made $120,000. Unencumbered returned nearly seven times his service fee, so proved a profitable choice for his supporters. Three Bridges enjoyed 100% clearance, selling all six horses offered at Magic Millions this year with the best result at $325,000 from More Than Ready (USA) filly from Group III winner Absolutelyfabulous. Next on the agenda for Three Bridges will be the 2017 Inglis Premier Yearling Sales in Melbourne February 26th to March 1st. While Team Thoroughbreds were at the Magic Millions Yearling Sales, Three Bridges family owner Toby Liston gave us his time to discuss Unencumbered's offspring, which you can view on the below video.
